Mind Your Culture was formed to bring people together to create better business outcomes along with a better world. Our founder intentionally built our team to include people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We represent an exceptional level of professional expertise and personal experiences navigating company culture and resolving cross-cultural challenges.
Over the past 10 years, we have worked with many organizations across a range of industries and national origin to fine tune, shift, transform, or even build from the ground up cultures that reflect those companies’ values, beliefs, and missions and that engage their employees to work inclusively, collaboratively, and profitably towards a shared purpose.

Anke Jahn, LCC, BCC, President
Specializing in cross-cultural awareness and company culture training.
Anke Jahn has always been fascinated by people and what they do. As an executive coach and intercultural consultant, she combines that innate fascination with professional expertise to work with clients across multiple cultures and industries.
Anke grew up behind the Iron Curtain in East Germany. At the age of 18, just three months before the Berlin Wall came down, she and her best friend escaped. “It was a very challenging and transformative experience,” she says. Making the transition from life in an isolated Communist country to a bustling Capitalist society was Anke’s first and most intense cultural clash. Even though East and West Germany share a common history, the cultural divide she stepped into was tremendous. “It felt like being on another planet.” she said. That experience awakened her awareness of how completely culture impacts our ability to understand and work effectively with others. That’s a unique perspective she brings to her work with clients. She knows firsthand the power of culture, how bridge cultural gaps, and create a thriving business.
The unique approach she uses with Mind Your Culture combines personal experiences, formal psychological education and professional expertise. “I want people to come together and see their commonalities, their humanity—to know each other and be able to connect on a personal level. Because if we can do that, our cultural differences will no longer matter.”
Anke holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling, is a Board Certified Coach, a Cultural Detective Facilitator, and a licensed partner with Integrity Solutions. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA and actively supports the German community on various initiatives.

For more than 20 years, Johnny Walker has been helping individual leaders, organizations, and teams navigate the challenges of change, improve company culture, increase job satisfaction, raise job performance, and reach goals faster.
As President of IntegrityATL, a partner of Integrity Solutions, he offers a variety of highly effective programs like Integrity Coaching and Integrity Service that leverage company culture and improve performance and productivity.
Johnny holds a Master’s Degree in Agency Counseling and Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology.
Nozomi Morgen
Featured speaker, executive coach and consultant specializing in Asian, European and North American cultures.
Nozomi Morgen discovered her love for international business early in her career when she was hired to open an office for a U.S. firm in Japan. Working and living in Asia, Europe, and North America has given her a wealth of experience and knowledge that she brings to her clients. She’s increased quality, performance, and profitability in international organizations by building a shared company culture that values diversity and transcends cultural differences.
Born and raised in Japan, Nozomi values integrity, professionalism, and respect. Her passion is developing global leaders who are courageous, kind, and do good in this world.
Reiner Lomb
Author, speaker, and executive coach specializing in leadership, career development, innovation, and transformational change.
Before becoming an executive coach, working with leaders and ‘change makers’ in a wide range of organizations, Reiner had a 30-plus year career in technology, started and developed software businesses, and led leadership development. He is the author of two books, ASPIRE: Seven Essential Emotions for Leading Positive Change, No Matter Where You Are and The Boomerang Approach: Return to Purpose, Ignite Your Passion.
Reiner holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from Pinchot University (now Presidio University) and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Paderborn (Germany). He is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also trained and certified in ontological coaching by Newfield Network and in team coaching by Team Coaching International (TCI).
Bing Zeng
Trainer and facilitator specializing in the area of international expansion strategy, intercultural coaching, and market intelligence.
Bing Zeng has been a consultant and coach for more than10 years. As an instructor of International Business at Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business and at Georgia Tech, she is invested in bringing up the next generation of globally savvy business leaders.
Bing is committed to supporting a variety of Asian, educational, and community organizations including: the Association of Chinese Professionals, Kennesaw State University’s Asian Studies Program, and the Gwinnett and Sandy Springs & Perimeter Chamber of Commerce.
Cheryl Cooper

Cheryl Cooper has more than 30 years’ experience in the corporate sector. She knows firsthand the need to equip women of color with the tools and resources needed to get a seat at the boardroom table. Her philosophy combines compassionate leadership practices with executive-level corporate strategies to move the needle forward for women leaders.
Tonya Harvey
Trainer and Facilitator specializing in leadership, communication strategies and conflict resolution in international business environments.
Tonya Harvey has been working with international communities for more than 20 years. She began her career in the United Kingdom, served as a Public Policy intern with the European Community in Belgium, and worked with the initiative to include the former Eastern Bloc in the EU. After returning to the United States, she was a consultant for the U.S. Federal Government, State Governments, and national non-profit organizations and was a Communications Specialist for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) through 10 different disasters.
Tonya graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in International Relations and is a trained and registered Mediator for the State of Georgia.
Angelique Denius
Leadership Coach Specializing in Emerging Leaders, Certified Trainer and Facilitator
Angelique’s background as a former Fortune 200 HR consultant and Talent Management leader has given her a unique perspective for connecting the dots between what professionals need to successfully lead and what their companies expect of them. She’s witnessed first-hand the struggles high potential leaders face as well as the talent challenges companies constantly need to solve. She aspires to empower win-win outcomes by offering creative approaches to new leader career development. She designs and delivers solutions that quickly get to the heart of what new leaders desperately need and helps better prepare them to positively shape the business outcomes their companies depend on them for.
Angelique graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and attained a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Angelique completed her coach training and certification through the Coaches Training Institute and is also certified through the International Coaching Federation.
Christina Rebel-Otterbach

After a rewarding career in executive management for internationally operating and expanding companies like Honeywell, Gencorp, and KACO (a European automotive manufacturer and supplier), Christina Rebel-Otterbach began leveraging her talents and expertise to offer organizations management consulting and transformational leadership development. She’s also a specialist in exit strategy, coaching business owners and companies seeking to increase their value and prepare themselves and their organizations for the next phase of business.
Christina holds an MBA majoring in economics and IT-management from the Cooperative State University Mosbach/Germany In 2017, she earned the CEPA™ and CVB™ certifications. Christina grew up in Germany and has lived and worked in Europe and the US. In 2013, after spending 10 years on the US West Coast, she and her family moved to the Greater Atlanta Area.
